This recipe starts out by frying baby potatoes in a pan and then our fresh Pacific cod in the same pan. The zucchini is sliced thin on a mandoline to create zucchini noodles and is combined with seared grapes and walnuts for a touch of sweetness and texture. The potatoes will take the longest for this dish, and once they’re done, simply add in each ingredient one at a time for one of the easiest dishes we’ve created.
