Friday: Oven-Fried Pork Steak With Sweet Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts


Finish off the week with this delicious, comprehensive dish of oven-fried pork steak, mashed sweet potatoes, and dijon roasted brussel sprouts. The sprouts and pork steak go into the oven in the same pan while the potatoes boil on the stove. The brussel sprouts will caramelize in the oven so you’ll enjoy a nice crisp, savory pork steak, a slightly sweet but also crisp helping of brussel sprouts, a soft, sweet mound of mashed sweet potatoes, and a sprig of rosemary on top to bring it all together.
