Monday: Chicken Satay, Jasmine Rice, and Sesame Glazed Carrots



Chicken satay is often an appetizer, but we’ve decided to make it the entree for tonight’s meal! These locally-sourced chicken thighs are marinated in a coconut and peanut sauce for a savory, Asian-inspired flavor. The chicken is drizzled in this sauce and served with a helping of warm and fluffy jasmine rice, fresh cilantro, sesame glazed carrots, and in-house pickled red onions and lemon cucumber—a treat that is local and only available for a few weeks each year, so you definitely don’t want to miss this dish!
