MONDAY July 17: Zesty Arroz Verde with Zombie-Spiced Chicken (Vegetarian Available)


Zombie rub is a base created by our chef Eric Johnson. We use it in some of our recipes, but each one has a slightly different flavor depending on the dish. The base has over 30 ingredients in it and has been refined by Eric over the past 20 years. He's served 3 US Presidents so we tend to think he knows what he's doing with flavors.
