Monday: Chef Eric's Zombie Rub Chicken, Swiss Rainbow Chard with Potatoes


We’re starting the week off right with an easy but immensely flavorful dish. Our custom zombie rub will bring this chicken to life with a blend of thirty to fifty different herbs, spices, and salts. Such a diverse blend of ingredients means the flavors of this rub are complicated but blend well with just enough sugar to caramelize so you get a lovely crust as the chicken roasts. Best of all? This dish is simple to make; just saute the rainbow chard and potatoes with wine and garlic, plate, and you’re done!
