Get ready to enjoy the best catfish you’ve ever had! We’re marinating filets of fresh swai overnight with ginger, garlic, green onions, salt, pepper, and olive oil and sending it along with fresh Umi ramen noodles, and a selection of autumn veggies: turnips, bok choi, and carrots. Turnips are perfectly in season with a nice, sweet flavor that caramelizes well and goes great with bok choi and carrots. This dish is extremely quick to make with a simple saute of the vegetables, quick sear of the filet, and a three minute boil of the noodles, married in an organic miso broth. The combination of flavors and colors is beautiful—so you’re going to want this to last longer than it took to prepare. We recommend using chopsticks to savor each bite.
