Wednesday: Tri-tip Steak with Chimichurri and Purple Potatoes



Steak night was such a rousing success that we’re bringing it back around again this Wednesday! We’re giving you one of the best, tenderest cuts of meat—tri-tip steaks—which are marinated and ready to be pan seared. These steaks are paired with a traditional chimichurri, seared purple potatoes, and green bean almondine. Tomatoes are still in season, so we’re topping our almondine with cherry tomatoes to bring a touch of brightness and sweetness to the dish.
