It’s Wednesday, and you know what that means: steak night! This week, we’re bringing you a bavette steak, an unbelievably tender cut of meat, coupled with hearty herb-roasted vegetables: huckleberry baby potatoes, carrots, and onions, all chopped big to make this almost a country-style dish. Top this dish off with a simple pan sauce by adding a little water to your pan, collecting all the flavors, and drizzling it all over.
