Wednesday: Steak Night: House Beef Teriyaki, Jasmine Rice and Veggies



We’re switching things up for this week’s steak night with beef teriyaki. Our teriyaki sauce is produced in-house—and the flavor is so powerful, you won’t believe it could be this pure. Gluten-free Tamari, mirin, organic raw sugar, and...well, we can’t give it all away (but don't worry, it's a non-allergenic secret ingredient). Marinated for twenty-four hours, thinly-cut beef in this sauce is going to be tender and offer full flavor. We’ve paired the beef with easy to prepare jasmine rice and a quick but beautiful medley of vegetables: carrots, baby bok choy, and watermelon radish (we’ll send the radish sliced thin, so less stress for you). This is a quick, yet incredibly authentic dish.
